Galtua

Galtua is the capital of The Narcarbia Islands, the Dwarven homeland. It is located in the centre of Liswan, the largest of the Narcarbia islands. Galtua is considered neutral territory by all of the Pirate clans, and each of them has a recruiting agency and an embassy located in the town.
