Time in All-That-Is can be measured by seconds, minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, years, hundreniums and thilleniums.

Conversion

There are:

  • 100 seconds in a minute,
  • 100 minutes in an hour,
  • 10 hours in a day,
  • 50 days in a month,
  • 10 months in a year,
  • 100 years in a hundrenium, and
  • 10 hundreniums in a thillenium.

The number of weeks in a month varies, depending on which race's week you are using. For instance (ignoring the worship holiday that starts and ends each month) there are 16 ogre-weeks in a month, as they are only 3 days long (two days of work, one holiday.) There are only two gnome-weeks, however, as a gnome-week is 15 days long (they then have two days of rest between each of the two weeks.)

Earth, for reasons unknown, runs on its own system of time, where there are 24 hours in a day, 60 minutes in an hour, and 60 seconds in a minute. This non-compliance with the rest of the world has caused Colk, God of Time, to boycott the city. No one in Earth seems to particularly mind this or, indeed, to have noticed.

Earth Conversion Rate

One normal second is 1.15740 "Earth-seconds". (6 earth-seconds is approximately 7 regular seconds.)

Every "Earth-minute" consisting of 60 "Earth-seconds" is equal to approximately 70 regular seconds, or .7 of a regular minute. Therefore every...this is where most mathematicians give up, and decide that it's simpler to just buy a watch from Earth.
