Earlgate

Earlgate is the capital of Nevah-Nevah, the Angel homeland, and is widely considered to be the capital of All-That-Is. It is the largest city in the world.

Roughly 30% of the population of Earlgate is Angels, with the rest being split evenly between all the other races. It is one of the few Angel Islands where Pirates are tolerated, with Earlgate Harbour (and surrounding ocean) being one of the few "neutral zones" between all the Pirate Clans.

Earlgate consists of three hands, the centre one being the tallest, and also the home of the Voice of Norbi, the God of Flight (who is also the leader of the Angels, due to their theocratic government.)

Earlgate contains the world's largest fairy city, which takes up three stories of the Left Hand. Additionally, underneath Earlgate, there is a sizeable Dwarven colony.

The Docklands

The Docklands take up the entire north coast of Earlgate. While they started as purely a place for pirates and other ships to dock, they quickly became a small city, and then quite a large city. These days, the docklands are so vast that there are people who have lived on the docks for their whole life without ever seeing water. (except for after the occasional fire.)
